Why battle the restaurant scene when you can learn the basics of pulling together and preparing an amazing dinner on your own. So many recipes to learn! The sampling will begin with some of our favorite sinful hors d'oeuvres then onto a fabulous dinner of herb seared tenderloin with béarnaise and our signature port-shiitake sauce. We will teach you our signature creamy crab chowder, rack of lamb, grilled asparagus, potatoes dauphinoise and finishing with a decadent mousse parfait.
