Distinguished for her talent and creativity, Mary Lawrence Carroll, or ML as she is known to all, is the area's premier catering chef. ML has won numerous awards, including several first place trophies at the annual Chocolate Gala and An Evening on the Riviera charity events. ML has been a professional chef since 1989, and the most remarkable aspect of her skills is she is self taught.
ML Carroll has long been on the forefront of the Culinary Arts in the region and is a leading Caterer and Chef based in Frederick Maryland. She is currently competing for a spot on Bravo's Top Chef and this is her story.
Cyndie Alltop brings not only vast food and beverage knowledge to our team, but she is also quite accomplished in the kitchen as well as a skilled book keeper. We are so proud to have her as a part of our team.
Adrienne Weikert has been with Canapés since 2005. She is a full time sous chef, who also bartends, serves, and supervises parties. She has worked in the food industry for most of her career�with a brief break to be a flight attendant for a year. She took two years of Culinary Arts training in high school, and studied under Chef Michael Deveny. She thanks him for her true passion of the culinary world. Adrienne loves working in the Canapés' kitchen, especially since she is the youngest and has the opportunity to learn from experienced chefs.
